According to Volvo, the report sees Volvo Trucks maintain its rankings in numerous areas of the report, which is a clear depiction of the unwavering commitment to its consumer centricity in all areas of its business and offerings.
The company said this illustrates their efforts to push the boundaries in terms of innovation and putting the needs of its customers first.
“Volvo Trucks prides itself on attesting to why we are not only a transport solution provider but, a suitable partner for fleet owners,” said Torbjorn Christensson, President, Volvo Group Southern Africa.
“We are very proud of maintaining the top spot in the industry but also very humble, we know that maintaining the number one spot will be much more difficult than getting there. We are ready to put in the hard work to make this a reality,” he added.
Volvo Trucks’ commitment to quality is the underlying root of their success, Christensson added. He said the results of the fourth quarter Scott Byers report is a testament to the company’s commitment.
“Quality management is built in from start till the end and is what creates the efficiency, uptime, safety and comfort you experience when owning a Volvo Truck,” Christensson concluded.
